This year’s Solon Sauce was made by the “Salt, Acid, Heat” Enrichment course at MHS. The hot peppers, tomatoes, and garlic were all grown by students on the Montpelier High School campus. It’s medium hot with a consistency somewhere between hot sauce and salsa. You can order a 5 ounce bottle for $7. Pick-up only.
